Cata removed this CD due to the change in hunter spell cost mechanics, meaning it couldn't really be spammed as you'd OOF yourself.
I specifically remember casting like 20 tranquilizing shots back to back in arena in 3.3.5a that was my rotation in some arenas.. It didn't have a cooldown atleast at the end of WotLK
Is this like the guy who said ferals are crap dps in 3.3.5a? Cause the 3.3.5a client actually has an 8 second CD assigned to the spell, it's not even a server issue.Quote:
