Worgren starting area problem

Hi so I'm trying to level a Worgren and got to level 9 in Gilneas, but then suddenly all the quests ran out and now I have nothing to do. I read somewhere that Worgren stay in Gilneas till level 15 so I suppose I'm too low of a level to receive the next quest in the storyline. I would try levelling up but when I attack the Affected Gilnean creatures their health bar does not move. There is nothing else for me to kill. Is there any way I can get my level up or get out of Gilneas?
