Some friends and I are curious is all. I know they changed some things in joint with the "Hardcore" title of the server which is awesome. Just wondering if they actually made leveling slower, tinkered with exp with quests or something of the sort. A lot of us are trying to figure it out and are going back and forth on the argument. :p Thanks in advance.
No official word brah, but yes its slower than retail for sure on both aspects
Questing : A few quests are bugged and being solved with time. But most of them working, yet bugged quests delay up levelling.
Item spawn timers are really slow per the number of guys doing same quest so waiting delays with is logical.
Dungeons farming : TBC and Wrath EXP in dungeons is really less than how much it should be.
As well as RDF missing plays a role on less EXP as every RDF completion EXP is 1.5 times the EXPfrom normal questing on that level. 20k quest on northrend and RDF exp 31k.
So pretty much in random terms, levelling is around 30% slower here
