Problem

I can´t create my first character , when click on "create" it appear a message "error creating character"... how i can fix that?

some hair styles etc are bugged. try different one's. they are working on it ;)

They are? that's the first thing i heard about that...

If you are using the WoD client yeah there's a problem with the hairs or something like that !

I believe this is a problem with WoD models. Either use client with default models or change face/hairstyle until it works.
