There were never such plans simply because the realm type that Blackrock is does not allow Lordaeron's core to be swapped on, you can't disregard the PvE side and there would be little to no point for it.
Would certainly eradicate all the rampant hacking nonetheless. Thanks for the reply.
That would just require a small tweak to the anti cheat system, not an entirely new core
