Cannot open WoW anymore

Today I updated my Windows 10 with the latest updates and I am unable to open WoW. This is for WotLK. It simply shows this message anytime I try to open it

I've tried restarting my computer several times, I've tried deleting WoW completely and re-installing it. I've searched online for solutions but unfortunately didn't manage to find anything that would work. Is there any way to fix this issue?

If this helps with anything then I am also unable to open the Cataclysm expansion (it shows the same message), however I am able to open MoP expansion as well as other games.
