I did not recieve the right help with my ingame ticket

So yeah, I think it's pretty self explaining, I asked a simple question, not for the poor math lesson. But I will repeat it due to the misunderstanding, so, I did 2 quests, they each are supposed to give out 3720 honor points, together that is 7440. I was on 53k and after the quests I went up to 57k, but obviously I am missing some of my reward. Please explain what is happening and did you change it or something?
Also those quests are great to gather hp, and the whole wintergrasp thing is amazing but I am here since 2010 and it has never been fixed. Quests are always buggy, sometimes I cant get them, sometimes I can, sometimes one doesnt work but the the other does. So weird..please help me about the honor points since your ingame GM did not, at all, as usual (and it always happens)! But if you have some more info on Wintergrasp and if you are planning to fix it, please Im begging you let me know.

I've been playing here since late 2011 and as far as I can remember they have pretty much always given half of the listed amount, so doing the 2 working quests would give you those 3.7k honor points.

I also noticed that rewards from Wintergrasp daily quest are lower than stated in the quest (on Deathwing). But there is nothing that we or the GMs can do about it for now. You can only hope that it works properly on Lordaeron so it would work on all realms later.

But I remember I used to get the right amount. It was some time ago...but it still happened. It's such a shame that there is so much things wrong with our servers..sigh
