Vote Points Or Achievement Base Points?!

Hello there,
This may sound silly, or on othe hand stupid, question but i must ask.
I have a 1200+ achievement character. Playing on this server less than one month i think.
And I just wonder how to earn those free points on website based on achievements?! For some reason doesnt help anything i've read about.
Do I need some more playing time or am I sopose to set something up?! Any help appreciated.

you can collect the points once every 24h. starting on 0.5 points once you've hit 1000 achievement points on one char you'll get +0.1/each 1k achiev points.
An other 0.5 points/24h is given if you're never banned imo.
