Two Factor Authentication

Hi, I am having problem with accessing some features on website related to account.
This appeared after password change, it says:

An email containing a new code has been sent to your registered email inbox. Emails are only sent once every 30 seconds to prevent abuse.

but I never get an email.

Is it a gmail e-mail? If so wait a few more minutes and check your spam folder.
