There's a clear lack of retri paladins from what I've seen.
There is no specific class requirement for dungeons.
As for the raids, in need are rogues, priests dps/heal, shamans ele/enh, druids bala/feral, mages and warlocks. They are imo the most needed classes at this moment and most looked by raiding guilds.
go human paladin, they're heavily underplayed and highly regarded.
