Would love to talk with a genuine person who deals with ban stuff to help me out, or me tell who to contact about it.
(yes i did ban appeal, just got a "automatic/default response message " type of answer), (PM-ed that staff member, no response in 1 week+ , just ignoring me)
Ban appeals are handled manually, so regardless of how it appeared it was still from a person.
I'm sure they have some generic responses since typing a reply to each one would take far too long.
If you were banned by a GM then they obviously had evidence against you, otherwise it was the anti-cheat and those bans are not appealable.
It had nothing to do with anti-cheat stuff, i was banned for wintrading which i never did, and no they dont have evidence against me (asked them to show me evidence)I didnt get any explanation, nor was i presented with any evidence, cause there isnt any simple as that. So ye its a bit frustrating as u can imagine.
I just want a genuine person who deals with this ban stuff to help me out and fix this mess.
They aren't required to show or tell you anything, and by not doing so doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
"The genuine person who deals with this ban stuff" is the one who handles support tickets, and who denied your appeal.Quote:
