It's not working either way. Seems like they will never enable it.
The population of the two are very balanced, with just a couple hundreds of difference at most times.Quote:

You can reroll and lvl a toon, gear up, and be ready for toc at least in like two weeks. ragnaros was popular for the 20x experience and people who went back realize that now there is not as much as a profound difference than before. I wish old lord was back just so I can enjoy my ******ed progress at my leisure but alas I'm stuck with deathwing and my lovely guild. :) don't stress too much about it.
