Druid bear form

Hi guys i'm new at wow and I wanted to try balace druid but i can't seem to find the quest to obtain the bear form! How do i get it?

Does not work. In moonglade Great Bear Spirit just tellin "greetings.." and nothing go on :( There is no any dialog options [Ragnaros]
