Im 450 JC atm and if im not mistaken then there should be epic recepies that allows you to make epic gems like this one http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Bold_Cardinal_Ruby in Dalanar but there is none. Im missing something here?

Epic gems will be released in next patches, idk which tho

They were added with patch 3.2
They were added with patch 3.2, so I assume they will be available when we get there.
Epic recipes at the same place where JC Trainer in Dalaran is.
