New version of Skype causes this problem.

Are you stupid in real life ? Try opening client w/o Skype becouse new version of Skype is crashing game or it gives you that error.

man i have a huge problem that i cant solve it even with retail forums or everything i tried i event cant change my hardware acceleration
give us more info -> your pc specs (graphic card), what wow are you trying to open wotlk/cata/mop new/old models etc
