Character rename bug

So I just purchased a character rename for 10 points on the store. Now every time I try to rename my character its gets stuck on "Renaming character...", making it impossible for me to enter the world. I can press cancel but it will just force me to try and change the name every time I try to log in. Any help would be appreciated, thanks :)

EDIT: Jokingly typed randomness into the rename box thinking it wouldn't work. Now my character is called "MorganFreema". Better than not being able to play I suppose...

you just needed to close wow during the "renaming Character"

same problem, how to solve it? Closing wow doesn't help as replied above^
