i can't attack bosses and i can't use action house or bank.. ( Deathwing )

I can't attack bosses and mobs in ICC, i can't use Horde Action Houses, and i dont know why, last night everything is fine, today everything is "bugged" i cant use skills too..
what i need to do ?
