I am playing here on Lordaeron and on Blackrock for some PVP action.

Now atm i want to play some PVP but when i log in, i am in queue and cant change the Realm?

So i have to wait until i can log in to Lordaeron until i can play on Blackrock?!

You should see "Change realm" option if you have logged on earlier to any other WOTLK realm. If not, then just delete "Cache" folder and you should be able to select realm before logging in to the Lordaeron.

I think default relam is also set in WTF/Config.wtf
