Loremaster - curent status on alliance

As the title says, I am curious if this title is obtainable on alliance side. Old problems where in Netherstorm and Northrend. Are the achievements now obtainable on new Lordaeron core?

There's lot of players that i've personaly see having loremaster title. And yes on Alliance side.

Certain zones still have major quest chains bugged. Is loremaster doable? Yes, but it can be daunting when you run into a wall and have to look elsewhere.
