Hello,
I had google 2 step authentication enabled on my account but i have lost that device and i cant get the authentication code to enter my account.
Please advise.
Note: Apologies if this is not the correct way to do this but i cant create a ticket as i cant access my account
You can remove 2 step authentication on our retrieve page. Just go here and select "Two Factor Auth removal".
Thank you for the reply but i forgot to mention i have tried all procedures on site but i think the problem is that i have forgotten the registered mail ID.
I had tried to change it but i guess that did not work.
Can you please suggest how i can login to my account without 2 step verification email?
send an e-mail to [email protected] and explain your problem
Since you don't know the email. contacting [email protected] is the only solution.
