Is Finger of Frost is bugged?I play on lov lvl mage and ice lance should get 25% bonus dmg but when you get this proc ice lance deals dmg x4,like when target is frozen.I dont play mage long time so I'm not sure for 100%.

I'm a fire & well geared. Im doing pretty low dmg in BGs. My living bomb does totally like 10-12k dmg, combustion max at 3k only, and my ice lances hit 3-4k each. Well, im enjoying it.
