Automatically disconnected after 30 seconds

Evening all,

I'm looking for a little help as I have not seen this issue on the forum before posting about it. I have played on other vanilla and Wotlk private servers and have not run into this issue before. I know there will always be connectivity issues and server disconnects for various reasons. However after connecting to the Lorderon server character select screen I get disconnected within 30 seconds. It took me several attempts to even make a character in hopes of when entering the world things would stabilize. Sadly, even after entering the world I get disconnected. Not sure if there is anything I'm doing wrong on my part. I went ahead and deleted Wow and re-downloaded from our website. Seeking any advice or help so I can join you guys on the sever. Thank you in advance.

change realm and try to play on 1 of the other realms (deathwing-ragnaros-blackrock) and see what happens; to see if this problem is related to all realms or only on Lordaeron

I had that happen after Sentinel got a bit of an update... if you're running WoW as compatability mode, that might be causing it
