No More Ticket Support?

Well,
I complained about multiboxer on ticket 1 week ago.
Then I got support banned without any notification.
Found out just now.

Is it no longer available = No support Forever?

I cant even submit a misbuy ticket. Is it how you troll ppl out?

For you to have your Support rights revoked forever you have to do much more than "open 1 ticket a week ago"...
You have to be a massive pain in the *** to Smith, repeatedly asking for "support" on things that aren't support-related, insisting even after being told so, and so on.

So, either you did quite a lot more than you're saying or something went wrong. As far as I understand Support is linked to accounts, not to IPs, so even if you were to land on a banned IP you wouldn't get anything like that.

Your access was revoked for 2 weeks due to submitting an inappropriate ticket.

The system is in place to seek assistance not to sarcastically complain.

Before I say sorry for what I did.
The reason I did that is belowed:

I was confronted with 3 multiboxers took 35 positions in a AV fight.
While in ally side, 40 individual PPL were dying and try to fight more than 30 mins to win. But we failed

Then I browsed the forum for explanation what i got for MBX is more fun and increase the competitiveness.
It's irritating and disappointing that the competitiveness is the reason for its existence but not fairness.
So, i created the sarcastically ticket.

I'm sorry for what i did and in the future no more complain about multibox.

Now, I hope you can consider my request for re-open the ticket system for this account.
