Changelog

Can support make update for Changelog?
I ask for this cuz almost everyday server have short restart for get update but no1 knows what this update include.
I want to know what changes is in update. I can simply look if they repair Oculus or quest that i hunting on.
And last update of changelog was in 4 January.
(sorry for my eng.)

Must be minor fixes, which will be mentioned in a bigger post.

I see that, in several days they open close Oculus and open it and then close again. That is the reason why i want to know whats about updates.
