Can I get a refund on item I bought from the store?

So I just bought Colossal Dragonplate Shoulderguards for a transmog thinking it was the blue ones cuz they are with the same name. What I got though was the yellow ones. Can I get a refund on them, and how to check what im buying to avoid further mistakes like that?
