Easy, there was on devlog link where you can download game from torrent, but only you need just wow.exe file from that torrent, which will give you 5.4.8 version of your current wow. Easy

as Kanabekas if you already have a 5.4.2 client then you just need to get the "wow.exe" file from that 5.4.8 torrent
