Can't Connect

So i've downloaded the latest 5.4.8 but when I click the Wow.exe it dosen't start and gives me the message "Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910"

Anyone knows how to fix this? Should I redownload it again?¨

The 5.4.8 realm isn't live... they said 30 mins, but might take a bit more :) just wait
