Hello everyone wanted to ask does imposibble to get back my accounts from molten-wow?

1) All old Characters and Accounts are gone during Molt-Down, Players were able to recover only their old Accounts but without their Chars "inside"
2) This time window to recover old Accounts lasted about 8 months, now it is not possible anymore
