Why is the Race change Option not available to Frost Wolf real?

Now the option is back! YES! So I went to change my race... Now I'm stuck on the finishing touch.
It says: Updating race...
And stays forever.
What can I do?

Update: It worked.. sort of. I am still listed with my old name and char in my guild, but for the rest it's working.

I'm stuck on Updating race..

Great,got stuck on race change and when I went back to the main menu the option was gone.Ty for spending my points for nothing Mister Devs :D
