Both email and password? thats gonna be a hard thing, and you claim scammer? then he was trying to sell it (not allowed), meaning no one will help you.
If you mean hacked, I really don't understand how that happens nowadays, but you MAY get help with a support ticket (website).
However i'm inclined to think you simply got scammed by trying to sell an account, if so, then you are dumb for giving all info at once and no one will help either.

For 2nd, please hold on with your charges about selling account - it sounds like you actually got mad at something that isn't true. Selling account is to pathetic to even try actions like this.
