No new updates on spell animations?

Reposting this, because of the new patch update.

What is this? Why is it still using the old animation. I'm on ultra, everything maxed out.

This is from warmane.

These two are from beta 5.0.0 retail and 5.1.0 final release. You can clearly see that its very different. Settings have nothing to do with it.

I don't get how we're in 5.4.8 and have animations dating from 5.0.0 alpha.
