Could you be a little more specific? What seems to be the problem?

After trying to kill the boss in The Crucible of Carnage quest, the second boss charged against me, sending me below the ground and now my character only moves like this. I can't make it go back to normal.

I am not sure I got correctly your bug but try this:
Close WoW> delete WDB inside WoW's Chache folder, then use unstuck tool
From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck tool
