Hey and welcome to the forums. I doubt many guilds will be looking here to recruit players. I would suggest looking around in-game for friendly people who might be able to suggest a few guilds.
as CompassSeeker said, look for a guild ingame...
also here's a 101 on how to get pve gear ingame if you don't want to sit in a guild or you don't find one to your liking:
1. buy or craft some starter gear (vicious, 333/346/359 BoE's) so you get your ilvl up to 330+
2. do your daily random heroic or RHoT with a group you find in /global
3. do pug BWD and BH runs, try to get into BoT as well
4. if you can, buy a 378 item with Justice Points
5. if you can, buy a 397 item with Valor Points
6. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you are fully 'Cataclysmically Epic'
7. Watch Firelands videos on youtube so you become intimate with boss mechanics (Fatboss guides for example)
8. Look for a thursday/friday raid inviter in global, do a /who and make sure the host is a decent pve guild, whisper and explain your situation, that you have seen guides and know what you're doing, do the dps test and volunteer to be asked questions regarding your role in the raid during certain boss encounters to prove your knowledge (note this may take several attempts)
*note: you may skip steps 7 and 8 should you not see any FL raids being made and farm your other VP sources until you are ready for step 9
9. keep doing steps 2, 3 and a now easier step 8(you will have an achievement with a few bosses ticked) until you are ranging in the ~390 item level range, then repeat steps 7 and 8 for Dragon Soul
10. you now have at least Siege of Wyrmrest temple and knowledge of further bosses, good job, all you need now is to keep doing this until you get your Destroyer's End as well, then joining PuG raids at any time is as simple as /w InviterName "hi I have [Destroyer's End] and ilvl 395" and pass their dps test or inspect
the above is effectively how I did things pre-moltdown, took me roughly 2 months' active playing but I got into DS without getting carried by guildies and effectively 'earned my wings'
