Can't see anyone's armor, everyone is naked

I'm on Deathwing. When I'm in Orgrimmar, everyone is naked. No armor. I can only see their weapons. NPCs appear to have their armor on just like normal.

I'm using the client I downloaded from Warmane.com's torrent file. Even if I disable all addons, still see the issue. I can see the armor on my own characters just fine.

Also when I inspect people I can clearly see they are wearing armor in their armor slots. The character model in the inspect window is also naked.

Any thoughts on this?

close wow and delete WDB inside WoW's Cache folder

Thanks. It seemed to have gone away on it's own. Also everyone seemed to have armor fine when encountering players in random zones elsewhere.
