Enjoying the server so far on Lordaeron (almost level 20) and I wanted to donate 10$ for the first time but the payment system wont let me? It says I'm already blocked or something. Why is this? I've never attempted to donate before now (obviously) and I'm not even getting the chance to so why is this happening?
If the error is coming from the PaymentWall window, please contact them on their website. They will help you with the process, and let you know if there is info missing or stuff like that.
I tried the inquiry thing and it had me take a pic of my bank statement I guess so I did that but now I'm waiting I guess. I didn't think it would be this annoying to donate 10$. My friend had no issues like 5 mins ago for himself.
If the problem is on the side of the payment processors side, we can't control much. So for now all you can do is wait. Sorry about the inconvenience
