"You do not have any points to collect."

I'm unable to vote. When I click on "Collect Points", it shows the red error (or whatever) message - "You do not have any points to collect."
What's with that?? Please help..

there is nothing to vote.
To start to collect points you need to have at least 1000 Achievement Points with 1 Character
