How many rates?

Hi, i want to know how many rates there are in Warsong and in Neltharion. Huge thanks who writes back fast :D :)

Warsong: instant max lvl with free pvp gear,enchants,gems etc. to do bgs and arenas ( a better gear is available with conquest points)

Neltharion: "blizzlike" realm with x7 experience rates, and x5 rates for reputation, gold and professions

Lordaeron: x1 for everything
Blackrock-Warsong: instant max lvl free pvp gear
All other realms ( so frostwolf too): x7 experience rates, and x5 rates for reputation, gold and professions

So i'm going to play Lordaeron.. But sad that Lordaeron is on the old version :(. I hope they will make 1x rate on mists of pandaria.
