I went into a raid as destro lock and summoned imp. Now imp after being hit by fire wall got that permanent buff and each time i summon him it has that buff and gets dmg. Any ideas how to solve this problem ?

I really don't know. try unlearn your destruction spec then relearn it is my guess.
