Which WotLK download is better?

I see there's 2 options for WotLK available to download.

Which one is better?

Which one is faster to download?

I'm currently downloading the newer one, but there's not many seeders, so it's fairly slow. Alternative downloads that are faster where I can change the realmlist? Any help is appreciated!

"Wotlk" = Wotlk with WoD models, which means higher change to get Errors/Crashes
"Wotlk (old)"= Standard/Normal Wotlk version
