MoP download

a friend just downloaded mist 5.4.8 and he has this files data,interface,WTF,divxdecoder,Scan,WoW,WoW.mfil,W oW.pfil,WoW.tfil but when he executes the WoW aplication it show this error Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18723.MPQ.World of warcraft cant make a required change to an archive file.Be sure you have writen permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game on administrator mode for more information see .... can someone help me

I did what you said - unchecked read only - but it's still happening and i can't open wow :(
Is there something else to try?

Then Close your Torrent Client, move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination and now you can re-do what you see in that gif
