PVE items in PVP

Sup, chums! I just came from another pvp/pve server and I really want to know if people are using any pve trinkets and weapons when doing arenas. The server I came from was kinda buggy, so Fetish dealt 40k damage with only crit + 2 nokaleds which are dealing 20k damage + the other pvp/pve trinket. Hopefully, someone will answer to me asap. Thanks for your time.

Of course they do , every meele uses Gurthalak and almost every rogue & ench sham is here with Vail and No Kaleds
