disconnected from server

Can you be more specific about your issue? Error details? Realms you have tried? Client?

in the character creation screen disconnected from server in game and gives error Yes I tried the all realms (sorry for my bad english)

what Errors? can write here the "Error message"? even better if you provide a screenshot
