Launching client error

Hello.

I jsut downloaded the MoP client and I can't open it.
I get the following error:

I run the Wow.exe as administrator, but it won't open anyway.
I click the icon, have to wait around minute and then error pops out.

Can someone help me?

EDIT: The file which is listed as a problem gets a weird .lock copy when the client takes it time to launch and then displays an error. I have no idea what to do and even Google can't help me.

Close your Torrent Client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination.
Then right click on MoP folder>Properties> remove "read-only"
