They really aren't, so I suggest you look harder.

Roll a druid. Versatile class and easy groupheal. Not much to think about. Should be a fit.

This or paladin, but I recommend druid if you want more pve than pvp, you can be range dps, melee dps, tank and healer. Paladin works similar, but there are TOO DAMN MANY.

However if you want A LOT more pvp roll human paladin instead. Then just roll on ur keyboard as holy.
