I aggree that they are not balanced with current content but they were available at patch 3.3.5 which is what we are supposed to be playing.

Totally agree^ , it's just one item, doesn't break the game. Also, what's the harm in people getting that item ? Does it hamper your progression ? Does it limit the way boss mechanics work ? No man , just stop crying over every small issue. jesus.
"Hardcores" wants the necks removed....
"Casuls" wants to farm the necks.....
Those necks are something between the 213 and the 226 from Quest...
The stats of those "free" 226 necks are kinda bad for this content, ppl who know how to proper gear their toons will not use them, so its pointless to remove them.
Just make the "casuals" happy.....
Who cares, Ulduar will be out soon enough anyway. Let people have their ilvl 226 necks.

I'm all for the removal. I'm agreeing with you. Just like I wrote an extremely lengthy thread here, when certain items were released on the marketplace, that should not have been there.
