[H] <insight> EU PVE/PVP

Hello Warmane,

insight is a horde raiding guild consisting of the core from the german guild <Competitive>. We had major issues with our player pool and finding new players to keep it german only, so we decided to open up a new guild which is EU.

What can you expect?

This guild has many WoW veterans with much experience in both PvE & PvP, our goals are simple: Have fun and build up a nice community which is able to clear the contents fast enough and get some good progress done. We are able to offer our members a stable raiding environment, fluid and down to earth decision-making and also much fun besides the raiding!

What do we expect?

We are looking for ambitious and social people for our guild, we expect you to be active for our raiding schedule (2 out of 3 days per week attendance is a must), besides the raiding we want a friendly behaviour and your help to push our guild to the top 5 of Lordaeron!

We have 3 requirements for people which are interested in joining us:

1. Being friendly and calm is necessary to join us, we don't allow immature behaviour and we get rid of selfish people.
2. You need to be reliable and "active" so you should at least attend on 2 raids per week and be around for other madness :^)
3. Knowing how to play your class to its full potential (itemization, talents, rotations, gems, enchants, BiS list).
4. Stable PC with a working Microphone is a MUST.
5. Raid preparement (Flasks, Buff-food, Pots) // reading Guides for upcoming Encounters!
6. Experience in Wrath raids is a helpful bonus.

Our application process is a conversation in TeamSpeak 3, no need to fill in forms or similar.

Some informations about the guild and basic rules:

Raid Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday (6:30 PM Server Time - 10PM Server Time, with the possibility of extending the raid by max. 1 hour)
Decision making: Mature guild council with leading experience.
Loot in Raids: Loot Council with help of the AddOn "EPGP" (loot distribution is based on your attendance, attitude and the effort you put into our guild)
Experienced Raid Leader (TBC Top 100 EU - BT / SW)
Fast Progression and an experienced raiding core.
A bunch of cool People.
