Missing hc quest item in Azjol-Nerub

After we defeated Anub'arak we were not able to loot the quest item for the daily hc quest from Dalaran, im not sure if other groups had such an issue but i hope that the devs can do something about it, after all we are losing our daily 2 valor points

As you can see on the image down below the loot from the boss has been cleared but i did not recieve the quest item.

Other players in my party were Zeb, Doobby, Thetickler and Zeffx, they'll probably want to recieve their valors too.

I hope this is a one-time thing and stuff like that doesnt repeat in the future of Lordaeron.
