And btw gonna report all who used cheatengine for transmog and wait to see if they get banned.

I think you need to chill out.

A screenshot is usually not enough to get someone banned for hacking. For instance, how do you expect a screenshot to be proof if someone is speed/fly hacking when they just appear to be standing still? Use videos.

I report BG hackers all the time using video evidence and GMs respond every time.

There are plenty of free screen recording programs out there available to anyone. I recommend OBS, which you can also use for live streaming. It's really easy to just flip to recording switch on whenever someone starts hacking. Once that's done, upload the video youtube and write a GM ticket with the link and an explanation. They will get banned as soon as the GM sees it.

For instance, I sent in this video a week ago.

Usually a screenshot is enough to report. Use timestamps. Ofc some speedhacks can be tricky to report but most of the time cheaters are dumb as f*ck.

You seriously didn't see the guy teleport into the flag room and grab the Alliance flag? You obviously didn't watch it.

Cheat Engine is not banable at all so stop complaining.

All reports are always read and handled within 24 hours, if the GameMaster you are reporting it to is online at that moment it might only take a few minutes.

If any of your reports were not taken into consideration was for sure because the proof was inconsistent or insufficient. We want to sure not to ban players who are playing fair.

This has been said many times but I will insist:
- Flyhacking: enough with a picture
- Speedhacking: several pictures (2-3 min.) or video.
- Other: make sure that either the picture or video makes the cheat clear for the GameMaster. If in doubt we will not ban!
