it does work but theres no flexibility into it, everything is counted as it is sama level as you or 85 (havent tested low levels)

that would imply it works correctly at level 85.

affect alot of pve outcome since warriors, paladins and rogues can have extra deeps

dont count shamans since most of their gear gives you 40+ expertise anyway

yeah I've reforged as much exp as I could out of my shammy gear and am still capped
guess i'll have to find gear without it?
