How to get back to frostwolf

Hello guys, i havent played for some time and yesterday i tryed to log on. It gives me Connected to the log on screen but then freezes and nothing happens. Then i noticed that my client is 5.4.2 but the one i want to log in is 5.4.8 in black like he is offline when i press cancel. How can i upgrade to 5.4.8 or is there some other problem that might be involved ? Thank you.

"MoP minimal": 16 MB 5.4.8 installer, it will let you download and play the game at same time

But if you are using MoP 5.4.2 WITOUT WoD models then you just need to get "wow.exe" from the 5.4.8 torrent and place it inside your 5.4.2 folder
